Where do I begin? The first part was simple enough after going through very confusing instructions and tons of comprehension checks. The second part of the instructions was so confusing (not enough coffee yet) and it took me forever to figure it out. I almost returned this but soldiered on. You might enjoy this or find it easy but I did not. YMMV but might be worth a shot for you. Overall, if this kind of thing is easy for you to understand then it would be a good hit to do for you. For those of us that get confused easily without coffee or complicated instructions, you may have issues. However, they could have made the instructions a bit more simple. Lots of reading for the instructions as well. Again, YMMV. Happy Friday though!

Instructions get a little long and require passing comprehension questions. Part 1 is monotonous clicking, Part 2 involves understanding math (there are comprehension questions about the math, but there's also a specialized calculator on the page).Does not tell you what your final payout is.

write 2 paragraphs about a creative solution you had to a problem at work, I hate writing but SmithOscar is a great requester and I knew the pay was worth the effort
