Cosmetics or skincare? Not the same thing, at least not to most US English-speakers. I would define "cosmetics" as makeup, and "skincare" as including things like face-wash, hand lotion, pre-shave oil, or eczema cream. You need to be clear which you mean, and if it's makeup, you need to screen for people who don't use it.Also, the whole "thing" with stem-cells is human embryonic ones, and the destruction of embryos (and therefore human lives) involved. I am not aware of any controversy or discussion over the use of animal stem-cells. You also need to clarify whether "skincare products using stem cells" means the product CONTAINS stem cells, which would be both weird and seemingly pointless, or is made as a "biologic" from stem-cells (similar to the way modern Insulin is generally made using GM bacteria).
