Have to answer with 75% accuracy or rejection. Requester uses stupid code name for their surveys, and says if you've done a hit with this code name before that you will be rejected. I've done other hits from this requester but don't remember the code names, only that there were stupid code names.

Have to check your completion history because he posts HITs under weird "code names" and you can't do the same one twice

Dat hourly.The whole survey is done in the HIT page, no need for a survey code.
Cons
If you miss more than 25% of the questions, you are rejected (though the questions are easy).Nothing mentioned about rejecting for going too fast, but I let it cook for 25 minutes or so before submitting.
