Lots of reading. You have to read through a bunch of scenarios and rate the reactions on how effective they would be. Then read about them again in a study guide. Finally, you do another set of scenarios. There's a possibility of a $2 bonus if you can get a better score with the second set of scenarios.Cons

Can probably be done a little bit faster but I took my time to analyze everything. If you get a better score after watching the instructional video in the middle you get a $2 bonus. Bonus is not disclosed at the end.Cons
8 minute video halfway through. Several timed 30 second pages there after.
