Figured I should review this since the bonus just paid out.Actually interesting and well paid.
Cons
Pay varies greatly depending on bonus (prediction-based).The files were set up in a god awful way (20 resumes to view and evaluate, each a separate Google Drive file).
Each hypothetical candidate was given a generic sounding name, and you had to remember who was who for the final evaluation. This led to the need to hit the "back" button within the survey more than once.
