If I invested, which I do not, I would not, underANY CIRCUMSTANCE, invest a DIME in the "housing market", nor would I be enough of a moron to put money in a savings account that pays 2% when I expect inflation above 2%. Telling me I have to pick one or the other is a Trolley Problem, and suffers from the same idiocies as that nonsense. I would invest in Crypto or precious metals.
