No Code in code blank at end of survey for me. Submitted with ID and messaged requester.Brief Writing.
Survey looped in the middle and took me back to pages I had completed, but bubbles were still filled, so I just hit the arrows forward til I hit the part of the survey I hadn't filled in yet.
Advice to Requester
Fix the looping problem in the survey. Make sure codes are generating. Make it clear to workers before hand, if they have to have had a traumatic type experience they can report on or not (unless I missed that, which in that case: Sorry).
