the shopping page it redirects to is a phishing scam to get emails. I viewed the page source and the submit button was disabled, it was never intended to work and 100% a phishing scam. I used an email I only use for Mturk that I never open. I submitted using the Qualtics code generator, we will see if it gets approved.BEWARE!
