Horrible setup. Uses Survey Monkey and only asks ONE question per page. Had the questions been all on one or two pages, this would have gone much faster and the 25-cents would be justified

Advice to Requester
Learn how to set up a survey so that it has more than one question per pageConsider why anyone would want to complete a task that you say will take a short "three minutes" for a payment of 5-cents. That's a $1 per hour pay rate
