"Unfortunately, only users of teeth whitening products qualify for our survey. If you didn’t receive a code at the end, you were blocked from viewing and completing the rest of the survey. Sorry!"
I use whitening products and I know I answered questions in the survey stating so. I emailed the requester explaining this and am awaiting a reply.
