I suppose it was a fair rejection because it was apparently the second time I took the survey. However, I don't remember every survey I take and there was no way to check my eligibility.Advice to Requester
Put in place a check for eligibility so it's not possible for someone to take a survey a second time. It would help both requestors and mturkers. I would not have taken the survey if I knew I had taken it already.
