This takes WAY longer than you first imagine it will. The website with the data is extremely slow and laggy and crashes before you can collect all data fields. So then you have to restart search and wait for results to load. Then there's the almost 3 minute instructional YouTube video to do the HIT. Minimum time per HIT is 10 minutes.On top of this being strenuous and unfair at 55 cents, the requester reduced the rate in less than 12 hours to 40 cents a HIT, and now I see a batch at 25 cents per HIT for the EXACT SAME TASK!! Simply evil in such a tiny time span. I know these are desperate times for many, but this is precisely the kind of HIT and behavior that I wish all workers could refuse en masse.
Advice to Requester
The website is slow to load and collecting the data is cumbersome and clunky. Do not take advantage of people working on the site because you can get away with it!! Pay FAIRLY for ridiculous data collection project or DO IT YOURSELF! Horrible and plain wicked to cut the compensation to less than 50% of initial when it was already underpaid!
