Description: 10 sets of questions about personality, purchasing habits, etc. Checkbox Likert scales. Nothing you haven't seen before. One question per page and auto-progesses once you've clicked, which is nice.+ No progress bar, but does inform you which set you're on (1 of 10, etc.)
Cons
Odd format for a pretty standard survey. Could've gone faster if they'd just made a few pages of bubbles like usual.

Three writing prompts. I suppose you can be as descriptive or not descriptive as you want. If you have a lot to write, then it will eat into your time.
