It's a lot of bubble questions, and then "How do you feel?" questionsAt the completion if the survey there is a response task that's ~5mins

Your HIT/survey is very underpaid for the amount of time and effort it takes to complete it. Try and aim more for minimum wage ($7.25/hour) your study took almost 30 minutes to complete for only $1.If you want good workers you'll have to compensate better.
