Advice to Requester
This has been stupid the previous 200 times it has been posted. The scenario is nonsense, and the idea that people will perceive a difference in effectiveness of hand sanitizer based on "where they use it" and "who else uses it" is almost as stupid as telling someone filling out a survey that they have made a choice they would not make.
