UPDATE 9/19: Rejected stating "This work came from an IP address that has completed the HIT multiple times."

I have never worked for this requester before and am the only person using mTurk in my household. I sent an email and have not heard back yet.

UPDATE 9/20: Rejection overturned after sending second email

Some of the worst and most deceptive attention checks I have seen so far. Switches between "Press this key" and "dont press this key," flashed one word at a time in between confusing sentences.

Advice to Requester

Please do not reject users for IP address issues, as the issue seems to be on your end.

Edit: Rejection was overturned, which is very nice.

Hit was rejected. I'm very careful not to do any hits that say I've done them previously and am very meticulous about it. Have contacted the requester and am waiting on a reply, but am pretty bummed out about it, especially since my records show I have never done a single other hit for requester.

Despite carefully completing the task, and taking especial care with the frequent attention checks, the hit was rejected, ostensibly because the task had already been completed from my IP address -- which is absurd, as I'm the only one at this address using this router and with this IP. I've never before encountered a hit from him.
