Bonus potential up to $4.25.Pretty easy. Seems like most will get between $2.50 and $3.00 bonus at the very least.
Cons
Bonus not disclosed at the end.Obviously, without the bonus, this is horribly underpaid, but the bonus is performance-based, so this shouldn't happen very often.
