New requester. Since I qualified, I figured I'd take one for the team and complete this.It is ABSURDLY underpaid.
It also features all of the things we hate most about surveys all rolled up in one---weird a/c's; scales that change order from page to page; redundancy; some pages are improperly formatted so you have to move a slider to see the whole scale; some typing required, too
