I usually don't mind the write and reflect type of hits.Update: after I wrote a polite message to the requestor, he immediately wrote me back and apologized and said that he would approve me.
Cons
Wow. He left a very caustic message that I will paste below. I always do my best to respond completely to the "describe and experience" type of hit. It hurts to be accused of plagiarism."you didn't do the writing task - just a range of BS to waste my time and yours. I paid a fair wage based on the time ht task takes and minimum wage or 15 dollars. You just copy and pasted or just searched the internet for crap."
Advice to Requester
I don't even know what to say. I guess you could start with being more professional and being more specific in your feedback.
