Requester did follow up with an email, it just took a couple days. They explained that the quota had been met and I had been expelled from the study for this reason. They VERY kindly reversed the rejection. It's reassuring to know there's some good ones out there.Cons
**EDIT: Requester kindly reversed.About 4 pages into the study and after supplying answers to demographic questions AND response to the topic of smoking and nicotine, I was directed to a page without direction to return nor a completion code. It simply noted my response was recorded and thanking me for my time. I messaged the requester informing them of this and seeking their input. There was none, so I submitted the HIT with my Worker ID. I messaged the requester again, noting the topic of the study, and informing them that I submitted the HIT with my ID. I also encouraged them to reach out with any concerns or questions. There was no response. Today I got rejected for my 'ID not registering in the study'. Had the requester responded to my messages, we could have cleared this up or figured out way to amend this. I've messaged this requester yet again, however, still no response. I had reviewed their ratings on here prior to completing the study so frankly I'm very surprised and disappointed with this result.
Advice to Requester
Just to create a message informing the participant that the quota was met or that they didn't meet the demographic (along with instructions to return if that's the case). The requester said via email that they would work on this, though.
