Advice to Requester
The only thing that could possibly determine "how many women vs men" I hired for literally any job is the number of most-qualified applicants. And the only place where I MIGHT consider that there is a "typical" difference between male and female for job qualifications is physical strength requirements (firefighter, combat soldier, and even for those it would just be a question of "do they qualify"), or actual flat gender/appearance requirements (to include, for example, strong preferences like women preferring that OB/GYN's or midwives be females).
