Lots of bubbles and they threaten you with rejection a little too heavily. On the last page of the survey, they have a reminder which says basically if you failed any attention checks your work will be rejected. If I hadn't already spent 20 minutes doing this, I would have returned it. Instead I submitted it and I'm taking my chances.
