The format was poor. Questions were very long and felt poorly worded at times. Perhaps I should have had more coffee before attempting this but it just felt awkward to answer and figure out the questions. You get to a point where the demographics are and it keeps going after that. This should have been worded and organized better. A lot of the instructions seemed excessive with what they required you to read and felt unnecessary. ACs were distracting.
