Pros

6 hour timer; plenty of time to complete
Requester's time estimate (25-50 mins, I think) is fairly reasonable
You can take breaks in between rounds if needed
I caught this around 9:00 pm and wasn't working on anything else so, it was worthwhile; I'm not sure I'd have done it during a busy time on mturk, though

Cons

This HIT is pretty brutal---no progress bar, no clue as to how many rounds you'lll have to play; requires 100% focus, non-stop key tapping (fingers on D, F, J, K), eye strain, etc
This HIT had 7 rounds of a game. The first five rounds each took 4-5 minutes.
The next round was similar but a little different. It was also longer and lasted almost 10 minutes. The final round was also similar and took about 5 minutes.
After that, there are a handful of questions about the patterns you saw. Those take roughly 3 minutes to complete.
Code can't be copied...but, it's relatively short.

Pros

Can be done faster, I took a lot of breaks and one or two were pretty long
you might find this interesting or fun if you're a musician
option to take breaks throughout

Cons

my eyeballs hurt after and they began to play tricks on me towards the end
mild headache inducing
must pay full attention to the screen for blocks of around 5 minutes at a time

Pros

Not as long as I though it would be based on similar HITs in the past. Took about 24 minutes for the first part and almost 11 minutes for part 2 the next day.

Could take longer with breaks. I didn't really take breaks.

Cons

Trying to remember to come back 18 to 24 hours later to do part 2 to finish the HIT.
