Goofy "scenario" presented in broken English, nonsense writing prompt, then at least one set of outright insane questions.And a completion code was provided, but there was nowhere to put it on the HIT page.

"The time was less than possible"I read and think very quickly. If your time was based on watching the included videos, the directions didn't say I had to watch one. Your writing prompt didn't include a time limit or number of words, and my response to it was therefore brief.
I completed your HIT in good faith, and can even describe one of the bizarre sets of questions, if that helps convince you. You had a set of questions, having nothing apparently to do with the rest of the HIT, that asked in various ways whether I thought "hot foods have more calories".
This rejection has been reviewed as "Unfair", and that review will remain unless the rejection is reversed.
