Pros
Not even close to the 20 minutes quoted. I mean I could have copied this survey word for word onto paper and it still wouldn't have been 20 minutes.Given the introduction I expected it to be much more personal and intrusive than it actually was.
Cons
Even though it was shorter than the 20 minute estimate, it could have paid better because of the nature of the questions.
