Very reasonable amount of work for this hourly rate. Somewhat clear layout and interface, however, there is one minor issue with this that will be noted in the "cons".Cons
There's a section of bubble questions that are very close together which makes sorting out a little off-putting and even a little confusing at first. The format is repatitive so you'll eventually get the hang of it. It just may slow the worker down (perhaps the intent...?).
