Even with the bonus, its still very low pay rate. If you make a single error or even a typo with a number, you won't get any bonus. I made a typo error twice & luckily caught it, but its easily a mistake workers can make. People make mistakes & 10 cents for this much work and time as a consequence of a simple error is unacceptable, and completely unethical on the part of this req. $2.50 "bonus" that should actually be part of the base pay. If you mess up even once during the task, you lose the "bonus" and you just wasted your time.Advice to Requester
Respect workers and use bonuses properly, i.e. as incentives. The bonus for this should be part of the base pay. If people mess up too many times or it's obvious they aren't paying attention, then reject their work. What you did for this HIT is unethical and cynical toward workers.
