Do not take this survey - It has a 6 minute monotone recording you have to listen to. The 3 questions after it are apparently dependent on your approval and were posed as an attention check. I've emailed the requester but I highly advise against doing this hit and will be blocking this requester going forward. A 6 minute audio with a guy almost whispering about walls and meadows is not a sufficient "attention" check.

The actual task you are screening for is very underpaid for what is required. The time commitment and multiple weeks all for way less than $6/hr is insane.Advice to Requester
If you want quality responses and people to do a multiple-week task with followups you need to at least pay a fair pay and then add on a little to help ensure people actually follow up with it. Paying $1 for an 18minute survey and then 0.55 for a 10 minute survey will not get you quality workers but just people who will spam randomly answers.
