-Cogswell dropped the ball on this one. 2 long pages of bubble hell.-The questions ask for what makes an employee desirable, but then uses terminology like We, or I, or Me. So I dont know if I was supposed to answer detailing what makes a good employee, or what makes Me a good employee.
-The scales are all jacked up, so I found myself having to go back and re-do most of my answers on the second page since nothing in the scales were in order. The Neither/Or which is typically in the middle, was all the way on the left. Then to its right, was the Very Desirable, then next was Very UNdesirable, followed by Somewhat Undesirable, followed by Somewhat Desirable. As you can see... Out of order.

Pros
After 3 "attention" questions, I finally realized I wasn't being checked to see if I was a bot, but that the name of the survey is "Attention Research Survey"!Cons
I have a 20" monitor and I had to scroll up and down sometimes which made it a lot harder. If I'd zoomed out the text would have been too small to read in some cases. My time includes time at the end writing to the requester about problems and how to improve the study. If you're only working from a laptop screen, you probably should forget about it. Each question is timed.Troy Average Pace

Pros
Accurate progress barPays generally well
Directions are well explained and as long as you try and hit the (4) AC's, you wont get rejected.
Cons
I really hope she thinks I tried, because I am either awful at problem solving, or I need a coffee. Much tougher than I thought this early in the morning which led to taking a lot longer than I thought it would.
