They ask for your Twitter ID. If you do not have that then they ask for your cell phone number. They also ask for your email address. I left a message in their comments box saying I am not comfortable giving that information out and it's also a TOS violation. IIRC, the hit page and consent form said nothing about this before starting the survey otherwise, I would have returned it.
