Hit was rejected for giving a "blacklisted URL" and it's a BOGUS rejection. Hit won't even let you submit with a blacklisted URL and every single one of the URL's I submitted were top-tier domains. NONE were third party websites such as Facebook or menu sites, etc.8 of these hits were rejections, all for the same reason, so I am assuming this requester is looking for free work.
