Eating rejections fairly consistently. Pay is a bit low and averaged about $6/hr. Maybe a bit less after rejections are included.Advice to Requester
Though correct that it takes 40+ seconds to review these at first, after a couple dozen it doesn't take as long and I am usually done around the 30 second mark. I have been taking an extra 5 seconds to ensure I completed all answers and not missed anything. Waiting an extra 5-10 seconds to submit the HIT after I am done adds up pretty quickly and reduces the hourly quite a bit.It would be more worker friendly to disable the ability to submit a HIT without all of the responses selected. It would also be more worker friendly to reduce the pay to 10 cents a HIT rather than reject a few as it is not worth it for most workers to eat a rejection. Over 3 years on Mturk, this batch makes up 16% of my total rejections.
