Update: The requester got back to me and was very polite and apologetic. It seems the rejection was an error and was reversed in a few hours. While frustrating, I can understand how things like this can happen, especially when a requester is new. I am just grateful and happy that was resolved on a positive note.Not sure what this rejection means. Will be messaging the requester. If this has to do with the survey asking for my full name well, that's a TOS violation. Hoping to hear back. Damn, and I just realized having to message this dude means he will probably see my name anyway. Derp!
This was a mess. The format was awkward as hell. Several agree/disagree scales had to be scrolled over to answer. Starts off with list writing and then after that, you have to write a 'recall' experience in detail. Most of the bubble questions were basically the same thing asked five hundred different ways. Not sure what half of these questions had to do with the survey topic.

UPDATE: The requester responded to my message quickly and was very polite and apologized for the rejection stating that it was accidental. It has been reversed.Rejected with the message "Info requested were not filled in properly". I emailed the requester asking for more clarity because I'm not sure what that means. Waiting to hear back, will update.
