New requester with 0 payment history, take at your own risk. The survey has 2 main glitches, especially one at the end when it asks you to enter your MTurk ID but only accepts the format of the completion code. I've emailed the requester about this so hopefully they fix it.

One of those hits where you can't cut and paste your worker ID#. Also can't cut and paste the completion code.Advice to Requester
Allow people to cut & paste worker ID # and completion code. Why are you blocking this from happening?
