Update:I received a reply the next day and rejection reversed.
I remember this hit and remember I made up a 6 digit code to submit and submitted it in the survey and in turk. Could possibly been an error on my part but I honestly don't think so. Waiting to hear back from requester.

The survey code submitted to MTurk does not match any of the 6 digit codes that were created on Qualtrics, and so it appears that no data was provided by you.
If you believe this is a mistake (i.e., perhaps you did not notice in the instructions that the 6 digit code you created at the end of the survey would be your 6 digit code on MTurk to submit your work), please email me with your age, gender, and race by 5 PM Wednesday. That way I can be sure you completed the survey and I can reverse the rejection
