Advice to Requester
There were so many things wrong I'm not sure where to start. A) a sponsorship notice that misspells a common English word is weird and sketchy. B) I am not familiar with the channel mentioned at the beginning - I HAVE watched Babish in other videos, and that neither sounded like him nor behaved like I recall him doing. C) THERE IS LITERALLY NO CIRCUMSTANCE EVER WHERE I WOULD CHOOSE TO WATCH A LIVESTREAM TO LEARN HOW TO COOK ANYTHING. I cannot comprehend how ANYONE learns a recipe from any video, much less a livestream. D) I would not "buy a kitchen-aid stand mixer" because I HAVE a kitchen-aid stand mixer. I think it might even have been that exact one.
