Extremely suspicious survey, lots of red flags. Consent form is incomplete (references missing sections, no contact/IRB info, doesn't say how long data will be stored) and says the purpose is to understand women's mental health, but there's no qual, screener, or even note in the HIT description. The entire survey is all on one page, including demographics, and the questions are full of weird capitalization or are otherwise incomplete (rate frequency of experience without specifying the timeframe).Advice to Requester
Please provide a complete consent form, include a screener if you only want certain kinds of participants, and revisit survey questions to make sure they are complete and sensical.

Requester rejected hit wit the reasoning "refused to answer question". This is impossible however because the survey was one page and did not let me advance unless every question was answered. Waiting to hear back from the requester.
