first off, I'm sorry for taking so long to reply to your message. Thanks for checking in about this - I really appreciate it. I know that the survey layout is confusing. I am not an expert on javascript and Amazon's survey scripting tools are not great, which is why I couldn't get rid of those extra buttons.

super wonky format, final image is tucked away in the bottom corner of the page and unable to be rated. all images are on one long page so make sure you hit them all before hitting the submit button.
