Some of the hits are difficult because it's almost impossible to decide if certain ones are positive or negative versus neutral without knowing what the aim of the article was overall.Advice to Requester
Add a "doesn't fall into any of the categories" option.

The timer before making any rating is justified. But the timer between 'relevance' and 'sentiment' is overkill.
