I very much appreciated the overview that clearly defined each part of the study. Each section was also visibly indicated at the top of the slide. There were an acceptable amount of AC's and were not particularly tricky-pay attention and you'll be fine. This seems like a fair and ethical requestor.This study contains four sections:
I: Demographic questions
II: A questionnaire about your tendencies
III: Some questions about your domain of activity
IV: Some questions to help us improve our questionnaire
We estimate it will take 20 minutes to complete.
Cons
The validation code is on the second to last code, so if a worker is speeding through it could be missed. However, the code was in bold text. Really that's the only possible negative I could think of.

Apparently he rejected someone for completing this in 7 minutes. I worked slow and dragged out my timer to get to 16 minutes. Insane that we have to play these little games. Boring survey.
