Really need headphones and to make a fast decision on the attitude of the clip.You only hear the clip 1 time, no replays.
You can't rate until the clip finishes, you can't spend any time deciding the attitude either.
It's limited to the durations of all the clips and how fast you can type a letter after hearing it.

Excellent pay.Never Responded to my message but the hit was approved when I checked the next day.
Cons
20 minute timer. I had to submit with my worker ID before I had finished and sent him a note with the completion code after I finished. I also suggested he use a longer timer in the future. I hope this won't end up with a reject.
