Sweet hourlyCan be done much quicker than I did since I had to re-calibrate a few times and spent a lot of time searching for articles that I actually wanted to read(see the cons for specifics)
Cons
-Requires an iPhone 7 or greater to do-Requires the download of an app(testflight+another app)
-The app itself is a little annoying since sometimes it doesnt track your eyes which means quite a bit of time spent calibration which doesnt count towards the 10 minutes which must be spent viewing articles
-The articles themselves are rather boring. If you are heavily invested in sports, than this one will be a slam dunk, however I tended to stray towards the non sports subjects which meant more time scanning for articles to read which again, doesnt count towards your 10 minute timer.
