Cons
The performance bonus is based on your decisions in the game, but since the outcomes are random, it'd be pretty hard to get the full $10. I was pretty bad at it though, so my bonus ended up being low.Bonus had not been paid by 8/30. I contacted the requester with screenshots and received the exact original promised bonus within 30 minutes.

Faster than the stated estimate.Bonus op. YMMV as there is a high degree of randomness involved, along with your tolerance for risk. But just getting the test questions correct yields you some bonus.
About a 1/4 of the time was spent on instructions, which were in multiple parts throughout the game. The rest was spent doing the 3 practice rounds and the 45 main rounds. There is short questionnaire at the end.
