This was an invitation through email - I completed a screener a couple of weeks ago - List all the pros and cons as per the instructions - answer various questions in relation to the list - answer further questions about your work - the demographics were mixed in within the questions - follow up will be coming but was not told when (or I can't remember) - could be done fasterCons
