Update: Initially rejected, but I communicated with the requester and she told me the reason was because I'd used initials instead of first names for the people I'd used in the study and she couldn't confirm they were of the right sex. I explained that I had done so because of privacy reasons, and had done so before, and that it had never occurred to me that it could lead to a rejection. I gave her the real names. She told me she's reversing the rejection.The requester was very nice.
Update: The rejection has been reversed.

reCAPTCHA at the beginning, which, as usual for me, takes forever to load and submit. For the space for my age, it told me I had to enter a valid email address, so I added "@gmail.com" after my age. It had a spot where I had to enter a name of a person fitting a certain characteristic, and there was NO ONE for me. So I entered "NA" for the person's name, 0 for their age and how long I've known them, and for where I had to say how I knew the person, I selected "other" and wrote "There is no such person".

-$0.5 bonus received 11/23 for a randomly selecting response matching the same choice as a majority of other respondents., changed pay rating to good, though it's pretty underpaid without the bonus.Cons
Excessive comprehension questions about how to earn the bonuses and then you have to write about how you can earn the bonuses for both scenarios even though you just answered all the comprehension questions about it, why?

This survey was terrible. Every single question was a check to see if you are legitimately doing the survey. There is a wall of text on several pages and is severely underpaid for being treated like I'm an incompetent chimp.Advice to Requester
I don't appreciate how your survey portrays the view of workers. We are people, we do pay attention, we aren't here just clicking buttons and your academic survey instructions shouldn't make me feel like I'm an idiot.
