Responded very quickly when I messaged her about her survey having a broken MTurk ID check. There was a coding bug on the check wherein it would only allow an all-number answer to advance you to the next screen (MTurk IDs contain both letters and numbers, so the check was impossible to pass.)I saw there were several return reviews on the HIT all complaining about it, but instead of returning the HIT myself, I messaged the requester. She fixed the problem in a couple minutes and I was able to complete the HIT successfully.
