Pros
At this point these HITs are just the russian roulette of MTurk. Maybe you'll get $5, maybe you'll get a rejection, who knows! But you'll rarely find consistently decent value ratio.. Idk, most of my rejections are for penny HITs so I'm perfectly willing to risk a rejection for $5 and a minute of my time. YMMV.Usually his HITs take between 30s and 3 minutes depending on which version you get, but you have to "bake" them. If you're new to MTurk and don't understand basically you need to open the survey and the HIT and then ignore it for a few minutes. Go do another survey or make lunch or something and just let it sit there. Then do the actual survey, which has no way of taking nearly as long as the Requester is apparently expecting you to take, and then let it sit again for a few minutes on each page and then submit it.
Then just forget about it because it still has a 50/50 shot of being accepted.
I choose to pause my timer because I go work on something else and completely forget this exists for a couple of minutes. Then go back to it, work a bit, then forget about it again. Awkwardly, this probably makes my data a little worse than the requester would prefer since it breaks my concentration on the product that is the focus of the survey, but it's not too difficult to look at a page and remember I'm doing a survey about peanuts/toilet paper/whatever and get back to work.
Some folks consider the entire amount of time they had to bake the survey. Either way is fine, just know that you can finish this in 30s-3min but you'd best leave it in your queue and open in your browser for much longer.
If you're somehow a Masters unicorn there is no more honorable way to die. Do it!
Cons
Has a much higher than normal chance of being rejected, and a much higher than normal requirement/hassle level to not get rejected.Requester gives literally no instructions or directions or expectations on what he wants you to do so his rejection criteria may be an incredibly deep analysis of your inner thoughts about bleach or it could be a monkey throwing darts at a keyboard. Don't sweat it too much.

Pros
Mine included a 3-minute video and a few easy questions. The HIT should take no more than 4 minutes to complete -going at a VERY relaxed pace-. Ignore my completion time. I let the timer cook, so it doesn't accurately reflect how long it took me to complete the task. The 10 minute timer is more than twice what you'll need, going at a snail's pace.
Update: Approved within 30 minutes.
I caught and submitted more than one version of the HIT throughout the day. Some require watching a video while others may not, and video lengths differ according to your HIT. The second one I did was approved the next day.
Cons
The 10 minute timer might stress people out unnecessarily. As others have stated, this requester rejected a bunch of HITs for going too fast.

Pros
I don't know if I'm on Andy's "good list" because I've been doing these for years. In fact I have done over 40 Andy hits in that time frame, and EVERY single one has been approved. I never cook the timer, I never do anything, just answer the questions and that's it. Even ones where it was 2 questions long and hourly pay was over 150 dollars, he still paid. I know eventually my time will come for a rejection, but he's literally paid me hundreds of dollars and losing 5 and 1 rejection is worth it.Cons
Apparently this guy likes to reject people, a lot. I think he has some kind of "nice list" and "naughty list" -- because there are some people, like myself, that have been working for this guy for years and never got a rejection. I think if you get a rejection once you're on his "naughty" list forever, and if you've never done a hit for him before, you're on his "haven't decided" list.
