This is in relation to a hit that was completed last week - Had to work on the original simulation putting our MTurk ID number into that12.15.2021- the rejection was unexpectedly reversed - the main hit to this one is still showing rejected

WARNING!Normally requesters would send an email - I happened to see this posted in a 'daily hit forum' otherwise I think I would have missed this one.
11.23.2021-It appears the requester has rejected my submission, I am not the only one. "Incomplete budget simulation or unmatched unique and survey codes in qualtrics and balancing act exercise." I have sent a message and will update.
11.24.2021- received a reply (if you could call it that) who told me that I did not put the codes in the correct places as instructed. If that was the case why set up this second hit based on the first one instructing everyone to put the codes in again? I replied and know this won't be reversed, I highly recommend avoiding this requester-Totally unfair and unethical if you ask me!
I believe they had the intention of getting free work, that's how it feels to me, I feel totally duped!
12.15.2021- well it appears that they reversed this rejection which I suppose is a nice surprise, the other is still showing rejected!
Advice to Requester
There are more professional ways to respond. If you are going to reject someone for not completing the first hit properly in the first place WHY set up this hit asking people to add a code because the first one was not set up correctly by you?

I definitely completed that portion... sent a message about this and will update if I hear back.UPDATE (Dec 9): There was an opportunity to do the survey again to get the rejection reversed. Time has been added to the completion time for the re-take, will update if reversed.
