there's a bonus, but the "games" you play are so rudimentary and pointless I don't see how variable it could be

Cons

great example of how not to run a study. Two unpaid 35-40 minute sessions before this one (added into time), no indication of bonus amount, the most pointlessly annoying repetitive psychology games that basically beg you not to pay attention, difficult to click sliders that you have to do every few minutes in every activity, and graphic videos to boot. Regardless of pay, the set-up of this experiment leaves basically everything to be desired.

Update: The final task approved immediately, with a base pay of $22 (none of the others were paying HITs), and the bonus paid out in 12 days, mine being $19.14.

You will receive $22.00 (assuming two hours for completion at $11.00/hour), with the opportunity to earn up to an additional $20 depending on your performance in the computer task. Upon acceptance of the completed task, compensation for your effort will be delivered to your Amazon Payments account. You will not receive payment until all 3 sessions are completed, or a month has passed since you began your first session. If a month has passed, and you have not completed all 3 sessions, you will only be paid for your completed sessions and tasks.
